Saudi Sudanese Bank Shares

     Khalil Osman Company is one of the main Sudanese Shareholders in the Saudi Sudanese Bank with shares of approximately 2.281,250 million shares which is about 2.7% of the total shares of the Bank.

     Established 1984, as a gesture to demonstrate and strengthen the strong ties between the Saudi and Sudanese nations. It also encourages the commerce between the African and Arab peoples

     The bank has become a powerhouse of financial capability, professional efficiency and adoption of the most recent technology. Serving the (Sudanese) economy and community without losing focus on stakeholders interests.

     The bank’s paid up capital upon establishment was US $12,000,000.00 (Twelve million US dollars), the Saudi contingent paid 60% whilst the Sudanese paid the remaining 40%.

     The currency was recently altered to the Sudanese Dinar ( $1=260 Sudanese Dinars – 08/2004). By end of 2003, the capital was raised to 3 billion Sudanese Dinars and the bank’s availed the opportunity to the public to buy into its shares in a public share offer (PSO).
